Neil is a soccer (football) and Tottenham Hotspur obsessed English Dad, and a long-time Bayside resident.He has successfully guided his son (and coaching partner) Thomas from age 4 through a successful junior career at NPL and state level to become a 19yo who plays semi-professional senior men's football.Neil also coached a women's team in Ireland, and has spent many years coaching individuals and teams in the workplace, so is extremely skilled at helping people of all ages and contexts improve their craft and achieve their goals.

Thomas

✅ 7 years playing across junior, youth and senior NPL football, and represented Victoria at U16 level
✅ Turned semi-pro at age 18, and has made multiple senior men's NPL appearances for South Melbourne
✅ Experience with NPL Miniroos coaching

Thomas has been playing soccer since he was 4-years-old. He has a 15-year playing career across Miniroos, junior, youth and senior men's NPL and VPL soccer, having played at South Melbourne (for over 6 years), as well as Bentleigh Greens, Monash City and Springvale White Eagles.Thomas has also assisted with Miniroos coaching at his clubs, and knows first-hand what it takes to create enjoyable and effective sessions for young kids.
